Pool Service Report

Water tests, dosing and a client-ready service report PDF — buy once, no subscription.

Proof of service your customer can hold. Log the water test, tick off what you did, snap before/after photos — Pool Service Report turns the visit into a clean, one-page service report PDF you can hand over or email before you leave the driveway.

Sound familiar?

  • Test readings end up on a damp notepad, in your head, or nowhere at all
  • A customer asks what they’re paying for every month — and you have nothing to show
  • You’re doing LSI math from a wall chart and a calculator in the truck
  • Pool-service software wants $49+ a month when all you really need is the report

One app, from test kit to the customer’s inbox

Enter the readings and the water explains itself — Free Chlorine, pH, Total Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness, CYA/stabilizer, salt and temperature, with a live LSI (Langelier Saturation Index) balance badge and ideal-range indicators as you type. Dosing suggestions come pre-filled and stay editable — they’re estimates, you own the numbers. Check off the services you performed, attach before/after photos and notes, and export a one-page US-Letter PDF with the customer’s name on it.

How it works

1. Test the water

Pick the customer site and enter the readings. The LSI balance badge and ideal-range indicators update live, and the app suggests dosing amounts — every value editable before it goes anywhere.

2. Log the work

Tick off the services checklist — skimmed, vacuumed, brushed, emptied baskets, cleaned filter, tested water — and add before/after photos and notes for the visit.

3. Hand over the report

Export a clean, one-page service report PDF (US Letter). Hand it to the customer, email it, or keep it on file — proof of service, every visit.

Built for

  • Solo pool-service technicians — a professional report without office time
  • Small route operators — per-site history of readings, dosing and work performed
  • Anyone maintaining several pools — HOA, vacation rentals, property managers

Why Pool Service Report

  • The report is the product — not just a log: a client-ready, one-page PDF that shows up in the customer’s inbox every visit
  • LSI built in — the Langelier Saturation Index computed live from your readings, with ideal-range indicators for every parameter
  • You own the numbers — dosing suggestions are estimates and always editable; the report prints what you decide
  • Every customer site in one place — pool volume, surface type and sanitizer per site, with visit history
  • Buy once — Pro is a single US$14.99 purchase. No subscription, ever — not $49+ a month like route-service SaaS
  • Offline and private — no account, works fully offline; your data stays on your device

Frequently asked questions

Questions about using the app after install — restoring purchases, iCloud sync, backups, and more — are covered on the Support & FAQ page.

Q. How much of the app is free? A. Everything is usable for free: water tests, LSI, dosing suggestions, checklists, photos, customer sites, and full PDF preview and export. Free PDFs carry a full-page tiled “SAMPLE” watermark. Pro — a one-time US$14.99 purchase — removes the watermark for clean, client-ready reports.

Q. Is it a subscription? A. No. Pro is a one-time purchase. There are no monthly or yearly fees, no account, and no cloud dependency — a deliberate contrast with pool-route software that charges $49 or more per month.

Q. Can I trust the dosing suggestions? A. Treat them as starting estimates. They are computed from your readings and pool volume using standard industry formulas — they don’t know your actual product concentrations or your pool’s condition. Every value is editable, and you should always follow the chemical product’s label directions and re-test the water. (Terms of Service)

Q. Does it need an account or an internet connection? A. No. The app works fully offline and requires no sign-up. Visits, readings and photos are stored on your device, with optional iCloud sync inside your own iCloud account. (Privacy Policy)
