Are the dream interpretations accurate?

Dreamtica’s interpretations are an AI-generated, entertainment-purpose reading — not a substitute for medical diagnosis or psychological counseling. Use them as a gentle prompt to reflect on yourself from a new angle today.

Where are my dreams stored?

When you sign in with your Apple ID, your dream text, interpretation results, and image URLs are stored on a server (Supabase), so they can be restored after you switch devices or reinstall the App. Generated images are stored on Cloudflare R2. We never use the content of your dreams to train AI. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Will my dreams carry over if I switch devices?

Yes. When you sign in with the same Apple ID, your past dreams sync automatically from the server.

What can I do on the Free plan?

The Free plan lets you interpret dreams and generate images up to twice per week. Upgrading to Standard / Premium makes this unlimited within normal use, and Premium adds monthly reports and higher-quality image generation.

Is there a cap on “unlimited” for Standard / Premium?

For normal use (recording a single morning dream or so), it is effectively unlimited, but we set a daily fair-use cap to protect server load and cost. It resets at 0:00 Japan time.

  • Standard: up to 10 per day
  • Premium: up to 15 per day

This cap exists to maintain service quality and is not reached in normal use. If you do reach it, you can use the App again after 0:00 (Japan time) the next day.

I don’t agree with the interpretation I was given

AI interpretations are for reference only. If something feels off, feel free to ignore it. We plan to keep tuning the image styles and interpretation tone in future updates.

I want to delete just one dream

Choose “Delete” from the ”︙” menu on a dream’s detail (result) screen. That dream is removed from both your device and the server.

I want to delete my account

You can delete it from “Delete account” on the Settings screen. Your on-device dream logs, the dream text and interpretations stored on the server, and the images on Cloudflare R2 are all deleted. This cannot be undone.

Difficult dreams keep coming and I’m feeling low

You don’t have to read the interpretation if it’s hard. Use Dreamtica simply as a way to notice “this is how I’m feeling right now.” If low feelings continue, please reach out to a helpline. (The lines below are services within Japan; all are free and anonymous.)

I want to cancel my subscription

Go to the iOS “Settings” app → your Apple ID → “Subscriptions,” select Dreamtica, and cancel.
